At its establishment, the company secured and consolidated a diversified shareholding investment portfolio with Balt Investment LTD of Mayfair in the United Kingdom, a Top 10 Asset Management Company 2019. This milestone was achieved to actualize the vision of the company - Produce wealthy and very rich trans-generational African Lenders.
The company now plays an active partnership role, providing access to Passive Capital Investment and Compound Capital Investment as its main product offering.

Increase exposure and market using Information Communications Technology (ICT) and direct advertising to potential customers and clientele globally.
Inculcate prudent policies for environmental protection and awareness in all its activities.

The company is duly registered with CIPC in South Africa with a trading name Rehoboth I&C.
As a responsible, progressive company with investments and obligations, JWJ Rehoboth I&C is committed to operating at the very highest levels of transparency, compliance and ethical standards – taking a leadership stance when it comes to corporate governance. While Rehoboth I&C operates to maximize profits, it is committed to doing so in a fair and just way.
As such, Rehoboth subscribes to policies and procedures in place in accordance with those issued by various legislation in South Africa.
